Yes — completely. We charge a flat monthly subscription and that's all you ever pay to ReservationFlow. Every payment your client makes for a class goes directly to you. We never take a percentage of your revenue, no matter how many bookings you process or how much your studio earns.
Payment processing is handled via Stripe. Stripe charge a small processing fee on each transaction. This is charged by Stripe directly and appears on your Stripe account — not on your ReservationFlow invoice. We have no markup on this at all.
Mindbody charges £129–£699/month and layers additional costs on top for branded apps, marketing tools, and integrations. Momence takes 1–5% of every booking on top of their monthly fee. Neither includes WhatsApp automation, review generation, or social content tools as standard. We also do the full setup for you and provide real, named UK-based support.
No. Pride of Design handles your complete setup — booking portal, automation sequences, WhatsApp flows, CRM, and review campaigns. You'll have a working, tested system before we hand over the keys. Ongoing support continues after go-live.
